I had a wonderful experience during my stay and would highly recommend Hotel Diana to anyone. The property was impeccably clean, and the room was not only comfortable but also modern and spacious. I appreciated having a fridge in the room, which added to the convenience. Everything about my stay was perfect. This hotel is ideally located in a central area, making it easy to explore the heart of Lucca, including the Cathedral and the train station, all while enjoying the charm of fantastic Lucca.

Good small and modest hotel, we liked it.

Everything was perfect and the staff was attentive. We got a room with bidet. The bed was very comfy with hypo-allergenic pillows.

Location & cleanliness. It is a good standard for a 2 star hotel. Bathroom is new and room was clean. It is in a nice quiet, yet central part of Lucca, and a short walk from the wall.

This place is charming and perfectly located near the cathedral, making it easy to explore the nearby historic village on foot.

The room was comfortable and the air conditioning invaluable during the record breaking hot weather which was being experienced in Italy. The location cannot be faulted. We were in the annex which is just around the corner from the Duomo, and very close to several restaurants and the bar where we had breakfast both days.

The Reception staff only speak Italian. I am sure this can be a problem for some visitors.

The room came with a fridge, which was really convenient. Plus, this place is located right in the heart of the city! 😊.

Good location, great size of room. No breakfast available even though it was advertised in advert. Seemed a bit expensive.

I had a great time at this place, as it was incredibly beautiful, and my room was cozy and clean, even with a shared bath and a small window.

The hotel is located right by the train station, which is convenient. the property location is charming and super close to everything. Exceptionally comfortable beds. the room was clean. the bathrooms were large.

We had a perfect stay in this very pleasant little hotel right in the middle of the city, just round the corner from the cathedral and only a short walk from the railway station. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with newly fitted bathroom. Staff were pleasant and helpful, (though they mostly didn't speak much English) but went out of their way to be hospitable - on our first night the man in reception suggested places to eat which all turned out to be excellent. Hotel Diana is superb value for its location and we found the lack of breakfast a benefit as it allowed us to sample different (and cheap) options at nearby bars over the course of our stay. We'll definitely go back.

The hotel was high quality and clean, overlooked street. The personnel were really helpful and competent and gave us loads of advice. We got a nicely decorated room with a nice looking bathroom.
